Stop before forcing the mechanism

If a gacha handle will not turn or no capsule appears, stop applying force. Extra pressure can damage the mechanism and make it harder for staff to see the original fault. Keep your hand away from internal openings and never shake, tilt or strike the machine.

Check the simple causes

Confirm that the full displayed price was inserted, each coin registered and the handle is being turned in the indicated direction. Check the capsule door once and look for a sold-out or error notice. Use the coin-return control only as instructed; repeatedly inserting more money is not a solution.

Ask staff at a specialty store

At an official specialty store, note the machine number or exact aisle and ask a staff member. Show the payment amount and explain whether the handle moved or a capsule failed to drop. Translation text on a phone is safer than dismantling anything yourself.

Record what happened

A quick photo of the machine number and error state can help, provided photography is permitted and no other shoppers are identifiable. Keep any returned coins, receipt or capsule. If using a standalone machine in another business, ask that venue rather than assuming the brand's distant office can issue an immediate refund.

Avoid common refund mistakes

Do not walk away after paying and then expect another location to verify the incident. Resolve it on site when possible and stay polite if staff must check the machine. Our verified location pages link official operators, but refund rules remain controlled by the actual venue.
